.We love swimfun! We have tried other swim schools and hardly had any time in the water as other lessons were so busy. Vinnie’s confidence has grown so much since starting here and he genuinely has fun! Natasha is brilliant with Vinnie and it’s lovely to watch him having fun as well as learning. The lessons seem well planned and are never overcrowded. I would 100% recommend!

Can we take this opportunity to let you know how pleased we are with Robyns development since starting Swimfun. Her confidence in the water is just growing greater and from starting with arm floats to passing 4 stages within 3 terms is fantastic. Her current teacher Charlotte "Sibbs" has played a massive part in this. Her attitude and enthusiasm to teaching clearly gets results, not only does Robyn love to go swimming she loves her teacher which is always a bonus.

My little boy George has only had lessons for around 3 month from the wonderful Georgia at Gibside school. The lessons are always fun and in small groups which has been of huge benefit to keep my little one’s attention. George can now swim on his back which he couldn’t do 3 months ago and is so much more confident and skilful in his technique. Thanks so much Georgia at swimfun! You’re amazing!

Both of my children absolutely love their lessons with Swimfun and the smaller class sizes and personal Attention has meant they have improved so much, they have fun and don’t even realise they are working hard on their techniques! Would definitely recommend to anyone we won’t be going anywhere else!

I know I have thanked you all before, but I am just so grateful for all of the extra time and patience from the staff while Ethan has been learning to swim. Ethan had such a bad phobia of water he would only stand in the bath, panicked whenever water went near his face or ears, and would barely jump off the edge of the pool. It has taken years of perseverance and practice, lots of tears and frustration to finally get where he is now. Not only jumping but leaping into the pool, swimming on his back and now finally learning front crawl and breathing techniques. He is like a different child and I really didn't think we would ever get here.

My daughter has had lessons through swim fun on and off since she was just a few months old, we unfortunately had a large break due to covid and family bereavement but since starting again she has gone from strength to strength, she is confident and happy in the water and she really listens to Sasiska, which is a mega achievement for a 3yo. Sasiska has the patience of a Saint, always working hard coming up with different games and ways to focus the kids to keep them learning bit in a fun way.  Swimming is the highlight of Emily's week, she wakes up most mornings announcing that that's what we are doing today, it's a wonderful thing to know that not only are you providing your child with a life skill that they are loving every moment of it.

Firstly, I’d like to say I moved Oliver to Harton from Hebburn for the closeness to home, and it was so straightforward.  Oliver has not only learned how to swim, he has grown in confidence, loves to be in the pool when I take him swimming, and always tells me how good he is getting, which makes me a super proud dad, and my dad (who brings him to class) a super proud granda.  Looking forward to the continuing learning in the pool Oliver will do.  Every colleague at swim fun is an absolute credit to the brand.

My son absolutely loves his swimming lessons at Swimfun North East. Since starting just under a year ago his confidence has grown so much and he's gone from clinging on to me to swimming along on his own. The staff are all extremely friendly and work closely with the kids, encouraging them to always try the exercise being taught. Could not recommend enough.

I just want to say how amazing this swim school is and I have others to make comparison against, but won’t name names.  The lessons are so well structured and the swimmers teachers, special shout out to Owen, really know how to get the best out of the kids. Dylan loves his swimming class and has really improved since joining. Max is a natural in the water and this was recognised at such an early age and being so young did not stop your teachers nurturing that natural ability and allowing him to flourish. We are just at the start of our swimming journey and I am really glad that you’ll definitely be part of it for a long time to come. Thank you so much. Shout out to the back office too, as it must be quite a task running such a good school!

I've sent feedback in the past but actually wanted to send a note about Paul since the boys have changed instructors.  Hugo has struggled with his confidence in the water however over this term during his lessons with Paul his confidence has grown hugely.  Paul's attitude when teaching is calm and patient and he always shows his support for each of the children in the group. I feel that he has really helped Hugo to make progress this term. Hugo is far more confident in the water now and will comfortably jump in, splash around and actively swim with a little help from floating aids.  I just wanted to say a big thanks to Paul and your team as it's fabulous to see my boys enjoying swimming and looking so comfortable in the water now.

Freddie has been with Swimfun northeast now for 4-5 years. He was previously at a much more expensive swim school and was going backwards, he became scared to put his face in the water and was doing minimal independent swimming.  We initially did 1-2-1 lessons with Swimfun, the teachers were so patient with him and made the lessons fun. Within a few sessions his love of swimming and being in the water returned. We saw the return of Freddie the fish, he was diving under water in the deep end and before we knew it swimming completely independent. Within the space of a few months, he had progressed a billion times more than what he had with the previous swim school.  He had a long break due to covid and I remember him being scared for his first lesson back, but by the end of the lesson it was like he'd never been out of the water and has went from strength to strength.  I never dreamed he would get to level 2, never mind about to start level 6!!!! He has had amazing teachers throughout and I wouldn't dream of swimming with any other company.

We have been bringing Robin swimming with SwimFun since September. It genuinely is the highlight of our week. I so look forward to our lessons and know that Robin has so much fun in the water. Over the last couple of months we have seen so much progress. He holds on to the side, kicks his legs (when his feet aren't in his mouth....) and has so much confidence in the water. This is all thanks to the wonderful work done by the instructors. It's a warm and welcoming environment for parents and babies. I'm really excited to see Robin continue to grow and gain skills in the water.....the fact he always has a great sleep after his lessons is also a bonus! Thank you!
